What Initial setup is involved?
Just sign up for a Cerum Flow account, create an API Key, and paste it in to our FREE official bubble.io plugin to get started
What file formats are supported?
Our system supports PDF, CSV, JSON and DOCX files. With more document ingestion methods coming soon!
Do I need to use my own OpenAI key?
Absolutely not! Cerum Flow covers all the necessary token usage costs for ingesting and querying your data. Their are no additional costs required?
How many files, documents, and data can I Ingest?
An unlimited amount! You can have your users upload as many files/documents as they want with no extra cost. Our plans are tiered based on only the messages you & your users send
Is the data seperated for each user?
Yes we've designed Cerum Flow to be robust and scalable, meaning each user (sub-user) will have their own bucket created for them in our backend. This is done automatically using our workflows so no extra setup is necessary.
This will allow each user to only access their data, and their data only. Unless it's set up to query from the "master docs" you as the admin upload yourself, where every user will have access to.
What are the use-cases for this?
We've created Cerum Flow to be very abstract, meaning you can use it within your no-code & code applications, however you'd like, whenever you'd like.
Aside from just chatbots, you can use our no-code workflows for a multitude of tasks, such as connecting it to other data sources, APIs, and even bubble's backend database directly.
This opens up what's possible with AI and puts the power in your hands, without the unnecessary hassle of setting up a whole custom backend yourself.
